fivewyze llc runs this site without advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. We collect the minimum needed to answer you and keep the site online.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you send a message through the contact or DMCA form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. Nothing you send is sold or shared for marketing.

Automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser user agent, and the pages requested. We use a short-lived record of your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and block abuse. These records are kept only as long as they are useful for security and are not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect. No advertising or analytics trackers. No third-party marketing pixels. No cookies for tracking or profiling. We do not sell personal information, and we have no interest in doing so.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the site. Each sees only what it needs:

• Vercel — hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivery of email sent from our forms.
• Upstash — short-lived rate-limiting records.
• Supabase — database and authentication for signed-in areas of our products.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single short-lived cookie may be used to complete a sign-in handoff to one of our own subdomains, and it is cleared as soon as it has done its job.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to bogey@fivewyze.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, such as the EEA, the UK, or California, we will honor those rights regardless of where you are.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as we have a reason to keep it, typically the life of the working relationship plus our record-keeping obligations. Server and rate-limiting logs roll off on a short cycle.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out on the page rather than made quietly.
